3. Cong Ca Phe Sapa
Cong Cafe is a well-known brand that needs no introduction. The coffee is designed in the style of Vietnam’s subsidy period, which brings back memories of old times.
Cong Ca Phe Sapa adds a new flavor to the familiar cafe scene in the misty town. It’s like a breath of fresh air that gives a special touch to an area that’s seemingly very familiar to many. If you’ve visited Cong Ca Phe in Hanoi, you’ll know that it embodies the nomadic spirit. However, Sapa’s Cong Cafe has creatively decorated interiors with prominent architecture and decorations inspired by different Sapa ethnic minorities. The cafe isn’t too fancy, and it’s not a place for people in a hurry. The ambiance here will take you back to your childhood with red brick walls or some distinctively worn wooden shelves. If you get the chance, come here to relive its nostalgic beauty.
If you visit Cong Ca Phe Sapa in the evening, choose a seat, order a drink, and soak up the atmosphere. Most customers find Cong Ca Phe’s space delightful, especially in the evening when the lighting is soft, creating a cozy feeling of being in a small house before returning to the hustle and bustle of life early the next morning.

6. Sapa Pine Hill
Located on a hillside in Sapa, Sapa Pine Hill is a complex of rustic wooden houses closely situated to each other, resembling a real village. Surrounded by terraces, pine hills, and natural trees, this cafe offers a stunning view of the valley on all four sides, welcoming the winter sun. It serves as both a hotel and restaurant/cafe complex with approximately 20 bungalows and hotel rooms, a cafeteria, and a uniquely designed, environmentally friendly restaurant. The staff are young, dynamic, and professional, making it an ideal destination for tourists and customers alike.
The main material used in Sapa Pine Hill is wood, inspired by the ethnic minorities’ stilt houses in Sapa. The previously tiled concrete floor has been replaced with a dark wooden floor, similar to a real house on stilts. Not only is wood a material, but Sapa Pine Hill uses it creatively to highlight and create walls that express the local people’s way of life while still retaining its rustic characteristics. This has created a feeling of calm and serenity, perfect for sitting down and sipping a cup of fragrant tea to start a new day.
